In 2017 inherited an antiquated email process. Emails were sent in plain text despite having the technology to send HTML base emails - lacking typical modern usability features like buttons. Emphasizing color blocking and photography, I rolled out modern layouts and increased form readability on our landing pages.

Lead Generation Email

Opening an email consist of dozen's of "micro-yes's." Does this subject line mean something to me? Does this email headline resonate with me? Do I want to learn more? 

We outlined that kind of decision making to help us redesign our emails.

To make registration as quick as possible, we put call to actions at the top in-order to swiftly transition users to the registration landing page.
